Returns
Nanushka is pleased to offer free returns for all online orders. You cannot return online purchases in our stores.
Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return authorization code and return the unwanted item(s).
If you are interested in a different size or colour, please return the item(s) and place a new order.
1. Print return label
A copy of the prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Please keep this safe, as we are only able to generate one prepaid return label per order.
2. Pack your return
Find a container that will fit all of the items you are returning. It is recommended to use a bag to avoid high shipping costs. Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container. Place all the items you selected to return, into the container and seal it.
3. Send it back
Print the Return Label and affix it securely to the outside of the package. Hand the commercial invoice to the courier. If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached to this document.

4. Refund
Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached the International Returns Hub and has been inspected.

How to prepare your item(s) for a return?
Clothing
Please make sure that the item is in perfect, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and that all labels are still attached to the garment. Take care when trying on garments made from OKOBOR™, as darker pieces may transfer their color onto lighter pieces. Please ensure that garments are packed separately when returning two or more pieces in the same package.
Shoes
Protect the soles when trying on the shoes by standing on a carpeted surface. When returning, make sure to return the dust bag and/or the shoebox that the shoes came in.
Bags
Please return bags with all the accessories that were included in the parcel, including the dust bag and extra handles, otherwise we are unable to accept the return.
EYEWEAR
Please return eyewear pieces with all accessories that were included in the parcel, including the alt-leather pouch and the microfiber cloth, otherwise we are unable to accept the return.
