We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. During peak periods, it might take up to 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders.
Place your order by December 13th to receive it by December 23rd in Spain, Portugal, France, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Place your order by December 16th to receive it by December 23rd in Hungary, Romania, Austria, Czechia, Italy, Germany and Croatia.
Orders placed between December 6th and December 20th come with an extended return window until January 17th, giving you added peace of mind this holiday season.

We ship worldwide with a couple of exceptions. You can find the complete list of regions and countries here.
Please note that at the moment, we are unable to offer free shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, Australia, and China. Also, currently, we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation, Belarus, Brazil, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Bahrain.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by Nanushka. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above. We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. Orders shipped with MPL (Hungary) include a 4,725 HUF administrative cost.
Customs duty and customs clearance fees
Nanushka is responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fees.
Please note that certain countries' customs regulations (including Armenia and Kazakhstan) do not allow this. If you have any doubts, please contact our client service team.
Excluded time periods and P.O. box addresses
Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays in Hungary. Hungarian bank holidays include: January 1, March 15, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Whit Monday, August 20, October 23, November 1, December 25-26.
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Although we use reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.
